Bookending the Week with Mindfulness

Coming soon! I have found that bookending my work week leads to greater wellbeing, happiness, and ease. What do I mean by that? Starting Monday morning (and ideally every morning) with a grounding yet energizing mindful meditation sets me up for a great start to my day and ending Friday with a tension and stress releasing yoga class is a lovely way to transition into the weekend.
